Important Notice
Lito has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse, exploitation, sexualization, trafficking, grooming, or any other conduct that harms or endangers a child. For purposes of this Policy, a “child” or “minor” means anyone under 18 years of age.
This Child Safety Policy (the “Policy”) applies to all accounts, content, communications, live streams, groups, profiles, advertising, and other activity on Lito (the “Service”). It supplements our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy, and other platform rules.
Violations may result in immediate content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension or termination, preservation of relevant evidence, and reports to law enforcement or child protection authorities where required or appropriate.
1. Age Requirements and Platform Access
The Service is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of legal majority where they live. A person who does not meet both requirements may not create, control, or use an account.
The following conduct is prohibited:
- Providing a false date of birth or using another person’s identity to bypass an age restriction;
- Helping a minor create, access, or manage an account;
- Creating or managing an account on behalf of a minor; or
- Interfering with or attempting to bypass an age assurance, identity verification, moderation, or safety system.
We may request age or identity verification where reasonably necessary. If we reasonably believe an account is controlled or used by a minor, we may restrict access while we investigate and may terminate the account if the age requirement is not satisfied.
2. Prohibited Child Safety Conduct
No one may use the Service to create, upload, request, possess, advertise, exchange, distribute, promote, facilitate, or normalize content or conduct involving child sexual abuse or exploitation.
2.1 Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
- Creating, sharing, seeking, selling, trading, or storing child sexual abuse material (“CSAM”);
- Sexualizing a child through comments, fantasies, role-play, fetish content, challenges, costumes, or other sexualized presentation;
- Depicting child nudity or sexual activity in photographs, videos, live streams, drawings, animation, synthetic media, or any other format;
- Grooming a child, attempting to build sexual access to a child, or encouraging a child to move a conversation to another service;
- Soliciting sexual content, intimate images, sexual contact, or compensated companionship involving a child;
- Using intimate images or threats to sexually extort, coerce, or control a child; or
- Recruiting, transporting, advertising, or facilitating the trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation of a child.
Context such as humor, fantasy, art, activism, education, or role-play does not permit content that sexualizes or exploits a child. Legitimate reporting, documentary, educational, or prevention content must not include unnecessary graphic material and remains subject to our review.
2.2 Violence, Abuse, and Dangerous Conduct
We also prohibit content or behavior that:
- Threatens, depicts, celebrates, encourages, or instructs physical violence against a child;
- Psychologically abuses, humiliates, coerces, blackmails, or manipulates a child;
- Encourages a child to participate in a dangerous challenge, illegal activity, self-harm, or another activity likely to cause serious injury;
- Promotes or depicts child neglect, abandonment, trafficking, or forced labor; or
- Reveals a child’s private information in a manner that could expose the child to stalking, exploitation, or other harm.
2.3 Minors Appearing on the Service
Because the Service is restricted to adults, minors may not appear as participants, hosts, account holders, or intended dating or companionship partners in live streams, profiles, videos, advertisements, or other user content. Incidental or clearly non-participatory appearances may still be restricted or removed where necessary to protect a child’s privacy and safety.
Users may not advertise or promote minor dating, paid companionship involving minors, exploitative matchmaking, or any service that facilitates inappropriate access to a child.
3. Detection, Review, and Enforcement
To protect children and enforce this Policy, Lito may use automated tools, human review, user reports, age and identity checks, behavioral signals, hash-matching technology where lawfully available, and information from trusted safety partners. Attempting to test, evade, disable, or manipulate these measures is prohibited.
Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, we may take one or more of the following actions without prior notice where permitted by law:
- Remove, disable, or limit access to content;
- Restrict messaging, live streaming, discovery, payments, or other features;
- Suspend or permanently terminate an account and prevent re-registration;
- Preserve account, content, device, transaction, or communication records;
- Notify an app store, payment provider, safety partner, or other relevant service provider; or
- Report the matter to law enforcement, a child protection organization, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), or another competent authority.
Anyone convicted of an offense against a child, including sexual assault, sexual exploitation, physical abuse, neglect, or trafficking, is prohibited from using the Service. We may also remove a user when credible information indicates that continued access creates an unacceptable child safety risk, subject to applicable law.
4. Reporting and Emergency Response
If you encounter suspected child abuse, exploitation, grooming, trafficking, CSAM, or another violation of this Policy, use the in-app reporting tool or contact us at contact@litoclub.com. Include only the information reasonably necessary for us to identify and review the matter. Do not download, reproduce, forward, or redistribute suspected CSAM in order to make a report.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first. The in-app reporting tool is not an emergency service.
We review child safety reports as a priority. Where required by applicable law, we may report suspected child sexual exploitation or abuse to NCMEC or another designated authority and cooperate with valid preservation requests, investigations, court orders, and other lawful processes.
We maintain a process to report confirmed child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority when required by applicable law, and to preserve relevant information in accordance with lawful preservation, reporting, and investigative obligations.
A user affected by an enforcement decision may submit an appeal through contact@litoclub.com. We may decline to restore content or an account where doing so would create a child safety risk, compromise an investigation, or violate applicable law.
5. Prevention, Education, and External Resources
We may provide safety notices, reporting prompts, content warnings, policy reminders, and educational materials during account registration, content creation, messaging, live streaming, or reporting. Users are expected to review and follow these materials and to avoid conduct that could expose a child to risk.
The following organizations provide information or reporting resources. Availability and reporting procedures may vary by location:
- United States and international CyberTipline information: National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC);
- International child protection resources: International Centre for Missing & Exploited Children (ICMEC); and
- Other regions: Contact local law enforcement, emergency services, or the child protection hotline designated by the relevant government.
These organizations operate independently from Lito. Links are provided for general information and do not replace emergency services or legal advice.
6. Policy Updates and Contact Information
We periodically evaluate our rules, detection systems, moderation processes, staff training, and partnerships to improve child safety. We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the Service, emerging risks, safety practices, or legal requirements.
For material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or another reasonable channel and update the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of an updated Policy constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
