These Guidelines apply to profiles, Moments, private messages, photos, interest tags, and other content or interactions on Lito. By using Lito, you agree to follow them.
1. Who May Use Lito
Lito is for adults aged 18 or older. If the law where you live requires a higher minimum age, you must meet that requirement. Do not provide a false date of birth, use another person’s account, or help a minor bypass an age restriction.
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
You must not use Lito to create, post, send, request, promote, or support:
- Child sexual abuse or exploitation, grooming, sexualization of minors, child sexual abuse material, or any attempt to obtain intimate content from a minor.
- Pornographic content, sexual services, non-consensual intimate content, or unwanted sexual messages or images.
- Threats, violence, terrorism, violent extremism, criminal activity, dangerous challenges, or instructions that could cause serious harm.
- Content that encourages suicide or self-harm. Good-faith discussions about support, recovery, awareness, or prevention are allowed.
- Hate, discrimination, bullying, harassment, stalking, intimidation, repeated unwanted contact, or attacks based on a protected characteristic.
- Another person’s private information, identity documents, address, real-time location, private messages, or intimate images without permission.
- Impersonation, scams, phishing, fraudulent investment or payment requests, spam, mass advertising, or attempts to obtain money, passwords, payment information, or verification codes.
- Account sales or transfers, automated or bulk account creation, data scraping, manipulation of engagement, attempts to bypass restrictions, or attacks on Lito systems.
These rules apply to public and private content, including nicknames, profile photos, biographies, albums, Moments, messages, links, symbols, and altered or coded versions of prohibited content.
3. Respectful and Safe Use
Use only information, photos, and materials that you have the right to use. If another user asks you to stop contacting them or blocks you, stop contacting them and do not use another account to continue. Do not pressure anyone to share private information, send money, provide photos, or meet in person.
4. Reporting and Blocking
If content or an account may violate these Guidelines, use the report option on the relevant Moment, profile, or chat page. You may also contact us through Me > Feedback in the app or email contact@litoclub.com.
Reports are reviewed based on the available information and level of risk. Child-safety concerns, credible threats, and other urgent safety issues receive priority. Malicious reports and fabricated evidence are prohibited.
Use the block feature to stop interaction with another user. Reporting and blocking are separate: reporting does not automatically block a user, and blocking does not automatically submit a report.
5. Enforcement
If content or conduct violates these Guidelines, Lito may remove or restrict content, require a profile change, limit features, issue a warning, suspend an account, or permanently ban an account. Serious violations may be acted on without prior notice and may be reported to the appropriate authorities when required by law.
If you believe an action was taken by mistake, submit feedback in the app or email contact@litoclub.com with your account details and relevant information.
6. Updates and Contact
Lito may update these Guidelines when laws, product features, or safety risks change. The current version will be available in the app or on the official Lito website. Material changes will be communicated where required.
